About the role:

 

B. Remembered is a full-scale wedding services company serving New England. We are looking to add wedding coordinators to our growing team! 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and business! The ideal person for this position is hardworking, self-motivated, reliable, and above all, has a love for all things wedding and events. 

 

As a wedding coordinator, you will work under the direction of our lead wedding planners to ensure clients’ wedding days are planned & executed successfully.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Email and phone correspondence with clients and vendors 1-2 months before the client's wedding day

• Organization of final timeline, layout, and details based on client's instructions

• Attendance at in-person venue site visit before the client’s wedding day

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination, if needed

• Day of event management, including everything from set up to break down and everything in between. 

 

On the day of the event, you and an assistant will work together to ensure all details are in place before guests arrive, all vendors arrive and set up promptly, and troubleshoot any issues discreetly. Our number one goal on the wedding day is to ensure the bride and groom have a happy and stress-free day! 

 

This position is part-time to begin, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time job. 

 

Requires on-site weekend work. Prep work and planning are primarily remote. 

 

Must have reliable transportation and drive to events throughout Massachusetts & New England. ​
